How it all Works

​If you would like to collect your hat or bag.

You can collect your hat or bag at the pre arranged time the day before your hire starts and we would ask that you return it the evening after.

If you would like your hat or bag sent to you - this will be at an additional cost

​

Your item will be packed carefully in an appropriate box/postage envelope wrapped in tissue paper and sent by courier to you the day before your hire starts. We would ask that you return the item to us the day after your hire finishes.

​​​​​Hats are always delivered in a Hat Box or heavy-duty cardboard box, wrapped in tissue paper. Bags are sent using a padded postage envelope. Please keep the box/ envelope and us it to return the hat to us using 48 courier.

we can arrange courier collection should you need it.

All Hats and Fascinators are Steam cleaned and disinfected on return.

​

Deposits will be refunded once the item is returned in good condition.
