Hiring an Item​

You can either arrange this during your appointment

make a note of the item you want to hire and use the hire tab, find the item (they are listed in numerical order) and follow the booking instructions

​Please note: There is a minimum hire period of 3 days - please call for the cost of additional days

Purchasing an Item
​
If you would prefer to purchase rather than hire, we also offer our preloved hats, fascinators, and bags available to buy.
You may:

Purchase during your appointment

Use the “Add to Cart” option in The Collection page to complete your order online

or call or message to arrange the purchase

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Collection & Delivery
​
In-Person Collection
​
Items can be collected at a pre-arranged time, typically the day before your hire starts.
We kindly request that items be returned the day after your hire ends.

Delivery Option
​
For added convenience, we offer delivery via courier for an additional fee.
Your item will be:

Carefully wrapped in tissue paper

Packed in a hat box, sturdy cardboard box, or padded envelope (for bags)

Shipped to arrive the day before your hire begins​

Returning Your Item
Please reuse the original packaging and return the item via 48-hour tracked courier the day after your event.
If needed, we’re happy to arrange courier collection for you—please contact us to discuss.

Aftercare & Deposit
​
All hats and fascinators are professionally steam-cleaned and disinfected upon return to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
​
Deposits are refunded in full once the item is returned in good condition.
